Standard Corporate Service

Here is a list of my standard services for corporate events for up to 500 people:

  • Arrive at whatever time is suitable and set up within 30mins
  • Perform any song requests from my repertoire Perform 2 x 45 minute sets of music that is suitable to the event/time of day
  • Background music before and between my sets
  • Very high quality PA provided, suitable for audiences of up to 500 people

 

Additional Upgrade Options

 And here are my besoke/upgrade service options for corporate events:

  • DJ service
  • Later finish (let music play through my PA after I've finished or an after midnight finish)
  • Early arrival
  • 45 minute laid back set (ideal for a drinks reception or during a meal)
  • Extra 30 minutes (making it 2 x 60 minute sets instead or 2 x 45 mins)

Questions or Concerns

Once you’ve decided I’m the right artist for your event, you will have a dedicated event coordinator at our agency Alive Network who will be on hand to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before your event to run through the details and finalise any last minute arrangements.

What I'll Do At Your Corporate Event

Arrival, set up and sound check

On the day of your event I will arrive at the venue and liaise with the venue's staff/event manager. I will unload were appropriate, set up and sound check as quickly and as discretely as possible. This usually takes me 30 mins to do so. During my sound check I will sing at full volume to get the best sound and levels.

I am happy to arrive and set up earlier before your guests arrive but a small hourly fee will be charged. If I am booked to Dj as well then it will take 1 hour to set up and sound check.

After set up

After I have set up and sound checked I will put some background music on while I go and change into my stage clothes. This is when I normally would like to eat something and get refreshments. If you could organise a hot meal and soft drinks/tea/coffee. If for any reason I have to go straight on and perform then I'll eat during the break after my first performance.

1st live set

The first live set in the evening is best to start around 8:30pm but I am flexible to start earlier or later.

After performing my fist set I will take a short break depending on timings for the rest of the evening. I will either leave some suitable music playing in the background or the Dj will take over and take requests during my break.

2nd live set & end of the night

After my second live performance I will pack my equipment down, unless you have selected a later finish upgrade (post midnight) I will do this as quickly and as quietly as possible. This usually takes around 15 mins.

Once my equipment is away, I'll say my thanks and goodbyes and I'll head home, hopefully leaving everyone danced and partied out!
